His specialty, in the art world, was working with watercolours. He was fascinating to watch; on one occasion even bringing in a live yabbie to paint. Some of his works are displayed below.

About the Bethany Art Group
Our small art group meets once a week at the old School-House at the Bethany Church. Our teacher, Tony Haines, has many years of experience in all mediums.
Usually, there are no more than ten students at the one time and many of them have produced amazing works of art. Some of these have been displayed at wineries in the area and in the future will be in some of the galleries in the area.
Over time, we will be putting artist profiles and selections of their work online. The photo below is of Tony Haines with some of his works that were recently on display at Karra Yerta Wines.
